Score 0-0 at present I want preston in the final, will be a sellout wembley. Walsall would be a easier game, but i like the big game atmosphere.
Walsall have now beaten MK and PNE away on the bounce without conceding a goal. Very few teams in this league are duffers.
I'd rather play Walsall as they'd only bring 20-25,000 That would hopefully mean around 48,000 tickets for our end.
I really don't think we would beat a simon Grayson preston. That guy knows how to beat us everytime we play him. Hope Warsaw hold on to their 2-0 advantage!
I might even cancel my return flight to Canada on March 17th if City make it to Wembley, and they will, but how would I go about getting a ticket? Certainly a match that would be on my bucket list and a chance to see the boys at the new Wembley. Last time I was at "Wembley" was to watch the World Cup Final in 1966 and those were the heady all British player days that I remember with gratitude and sadness because of the whinging game that it is today. My team playing at Wembley would be a dream for me and I just have to convince Ann that the money has to be spent, and I might even give her a chance to go to Wembley for real this time because the last time I bought her a ticket on that wondrous day she ended up getting pregnant and missed the final. What do you think?
You ought to easily be able to get a couple of tickets Mike as the majority of our allocation (if we get there) should be on general sale. Hopefully we'll be allocated around 40,000 tickets
Mike how often do you get to see a full end packed with city fans at Wembley.if you can do it,grasp the chance,i have been to three jpt finals and the play off final when we lost to hull.great days when you win.
Walsall record so far this season is very good results against teams in the top 12 of our division 22 of their 30 points have come from them!
We'll stuff them 3-0 in the second leg and Nick Clegg will be elected Prime Minister, we'll will never get to Wembley
A serious thought for me redrobin and if the moon is in our favour then I will be there. Might even get to meet some of the not606 crowd.
On the downside I've seen us lose various Play Off Semi's (Walsall, Brentford etc) and lose in 2 finals against BHA (in Cardiff) and then Hull at Wembley, which hurt more than any other defeat I've ever witnessed. I also saw us lose to Mansfield on pens at Wembley Unfortunately defeats have outweighed victories although I did see the win against Bolton at Wembley in what was then the LDV Final and saw us bear Carlisle in Cardiff whatever it was at the time
