Just to put a point in about the ps3 xbox thing, as far as I know ps3 won't play pirate movies but xbox will as it has a vlc player download. So i can download a film and play it on my xbox on a usb stick and I couldn't with a ps3. If i'm wrong please correct me and tell me how to watch pirate films on ps3.
I have downloaded videos, put them on a USB pen and watched them on my PS3. You just need to get the folders right on the USB pen to see the files on the PS3.
Ghost Recon used to be my fave game on xbox - proper team work and tactics. Brilliant game and the maps were brilliant too.
I love Ghost Recon, but then I love all the Tom Clancy games especially the Splinter Cell games from the PS2
Me too. I didn't like the online game on splinter cell so much though but the single player is ace. Rainbow 6 is good online and offline, but Ghost recon and ghost recon 2 were superb online games that I played every day. I was even in a clan that competed in the gamebattles league on ghost recon 1 (we finished quite high too -2nd in Europe I think but could be wrong) . Loved it - just a bit more tactical than COD where communication is key and teamwork rules whereas COD is a little bit more random.
Yeah COD is just a free for all where you just shoot whatever moves plus I usually get shot by some git with a sniper rifle. With Ghost Recon you have to think a bit about what to do. I like games with a bit of strategy to them.
Exactly and let your team members know too, which is what made that game so special for me as it took full advantage of the communication in online games and made you play as a team with friends. You don't really need to tell your team members what your doing on cod or halo (maybe a little more on gears of war though) as they are reaction games with hardly any tactics involved.
You're wrong, just stream the films straight to the your PS3 using a programme like PS3 media server, PS3 has had divx support for quite a few years now and supported pirated films before the 360
