Great choices Syd. As for the board being quiet, its pre season, its summer and most topics regarding United are discussed as they happen. We could fill it with random ****e or we could visit the outside.......
Thanks for the messages of support. I'll do my best to be fair and work closely with Swarbs and Julius Caesar to make this site enjoyable. With regard to the quietness I agree with Syd its mainly due to the time of the year i.e. lack of football and people taking time off to fly away. Come 7/8/11 for the Community Shield things will really get busy.

Kamran alot of what transpires between you and I is mainly banter. I disagree with you about Hernández as do most football fans. By you are entitled to your opinion even if it's wrong!!! Lol.
I think that Julius Caesar and Constcrep will both make good mod's of the United board. They are both valued and respected members of the United board, contribute to debates and are a great addition to Swarbs who does a great job. I wish you both luck in your role.
Happy with those choices. I voted Julius Caesar and have always felt that Contscrepe was a good poster. Hopefully they can help inject a bit more life into these boards. I used to write articles fairly regularly on the original 606 but it was commonplace to get quite a few replies in a short space of time. That was handy during breaks at work or if I was having a bit of down time. It's more difficult when you only get one reply in every 3 or 4 hours.
