    Your ****ing question <doh>

You're restricting answers in the hope someone chooses a yoonited player.

Why not narrow it down to players from Trafford.

Not really, your club weren't restricted to choosing premier league midfield replacement's and neither are we.

This isn't your club though is it. This is a football forum.

You also have a manager who has more often than not shopped at home.

Get that paranoia checked out though. Bad for your health and the health of those around you if not seen too.

You got the hump because I said I wouldn't choose a yoonited player to replace Gerrard.<laugh>

Where did I post any indication to it being about United? Its a hypothetical question about replacing your outgoing captain.

the reality is his replacement already plays for you and happens to be English. Guess where you signed him from.....

    An English club.

Just wondered besides all the names mentioned earlier, if anyone closer to home (not United Page,) would be suitable. Nozzer came up with a good shout, one who might actually be available in the summer. Best to point out he wouldn't come from the Premier League though.

thats like changing the rules of your own thread... have you got tired of the rules you set and now only want "realistic" options like fabian delph cos that would be funny?

True, I keep forgetting he's on loan. I would imagine he would be available in the summer; sending him to West Ham on loan doesn't exactly inspire confidence in his Barcelona future.

I keep saying matic... how many times does matic need to be said... best player out there by a country mile.

for the record no there's not one lousy manky player that's half decent enough <ok>

none of them would be hard enough to punch a dj through a crowd of bodies... except maybe rafael but he'd break his own nose doing it the clonw.

Nope. Thought the obvious ones would be Scheiderlin or Wanyama (no, nothing to do with saints either, just 2 very good midfielders).

fabian Delph wouldnt have ever crossed my mind as I dont really know a thing about him.

Phil Jones would just pull a face at the DJ instead. The pyschological damage would be far worse and longer lasting than any punch.

Matic and anyone. Fabregas just happens to be the one enjoying the absolute class that is Matic.

Stick Anderson their and he would be on fire too. (mentioned as hes the worst midfielder I could think of..... ok Mikel has a claim to that too)

Isn't Wanyama still only 21 or something though? For his age he's pretty solid.
