    Evans is appealing the decision...again. He has constantly denied ANY responsibility, denied any wrongdoing on his part, no club will touch him whilst he maintains his innocence because to be rehablitated you have to accept you have done wrong, Evans refuses to take the blame and has not been rehabilitated, so why sould he be allowed to carry on playing football?

    Add this to the fact that his friends and family have set up a website in some disgusting attempt to blame everything on the victim and it makes his crime doubly heinous.

    Imagine he was a convicted *****, do you think any club in the world would touch him with a barge pole?

    Edit; I would happily debate Russell Brand with you, but I've never read his book and doubt I ever will. He was bang on the money about Farage though - "a pound shop Enoch Powell" sums that horrible gurning **** up perfectly. I'm guessing going by that alone that Brand's not a total fool.

    If the hotel Pizza bird was a 10 year old boy then that moves the goalposts somewhat, he was convicted for having sex with a drunk adult that claimed to have no recollection of consent.
    That is not the worst thing a football player has been found guilty of and others have been free to play after release I listed examples .
    Barton & his Leeds race attack.
    Graham Stack rape.
    Marlon King sexual assault and abh.
    Lee Hughs d&d manslaughter and high on class A.

    They are all ****s but played on release, you don't know if the victim was lying or if he is appealing because he feels the wrong decision was made.
    I honestly don't care though.

    Well, we all have a bit of confirmation bias in us, and you have to put extra effort into giving ideas you probably won't like a hearing. I liked Hitchens for being rather undogmatic in that regard (unlike Dawkins, who irritates the **** out of me) and for changing his mind when presented with new evidence.

    Oh I understand completely. You think the law is wrong on this particular point, and you get to choose which laws should be obeyed and which should be ignored?
