Better (that's our fans)

The dunces running BBC Live Text seem to think singing "Spurs are on their way to Wembley" is something unusual to sing in a cup tie. Why do they have people running these texts if they've not got a clue?
They must be up in arms when people sing "we are by far the greatest team the world has ever seen" if they take these things literally

Funnily enough I saw an article awhile back with some pet peeves for football fans on Twitter. One was that, when sung by lower league teams. Sad that people have a problem with it really, especially when Liverpool fans got away with singing "we're going to win the league" last season <laugh>

Why do the FA find it necessary to have a rehearsal for the draw? Is it really that difficult to stick your hand into a bag and pull out a random ball?
Would you trust someone like Paul Merson to be able to do it? I wouldn't.

This sounds like the most boring game ever, unfortunately.

0-0 HT. No shots. At all. Rubbish.

1-1 in the other game, as the chunkiest player ever equalises.

I just want to know where the 'near side' is on the pitch. The commentator keeps saying it. It's the opposite side to offside, yeah?

Fair point. It's a wonder some of the pundits manage to dress themselves to be honest.
The cynic in me says that they probably have several rehearsals and then televise the one that throws up the best ties for Chel53a, Man U and the other top boys

I must admit that I'd lost all track of Wimbledon as they simply disappeared but now they seem back again.

I'm still going for a narrow Spurs win even if it is boring.
