The club are no longer using Huddersfield Town's hashtag on Twitter. Well done to them for that, now sort the ****ing Facebook page out. Ta.
It must be very annoying to some at the club that @HullCity is still the twitter contact address. They're stuck with that I guess.
It's almost as if there is a committee who's sole job is to just annoy and antagonise the fans of our club
https://twitter.com/hulltigers Not official, but it seems someone posts on there regularly. They might have to go with @hulltigerz or @HullTigersThey'reGrrrrrrrreat
If the club want @HullTigers for their twitter handle, they will get it, no matter which Tom, dick or Harry already has it. Twitter will just make them change their handle.
They take forever if it's an account that's actively used and they're going to have a job convincing Twitter that the club's official Twitter name needs to be Hull Tigers, when the club's actually called Hull City and that's the name they've already got.
They may well take forever which is all well and good in this case but if Twitter had to favour a premier league football club or some no mark sat in his bedroom, we know who's going to get it, regardless of what the official club name is. Unless whoevers in charge of seeing such operations at Twitter is a football fan.
I bet they could do it quicker than the time its taken your gang to get a new website up, change social media names etc. There again, I do agree that if somethings working just fine, why change it.
No, its holding us back. We'll never be able to challenge the status quo and riches enjoyed by the few in English football without some change. viva la revolution! #UTT
Agreed, I think as soon as we change the name to Hull Tigers and set up a stand advertising the club in Mumbai, along with an official Hull Tigers India Twitter account, hundreds upon thousands of Indians will flock to the cause, pumping money into the club by the millions for merchandise etc. and our transfer budget will rocket overnight, giving us the resources to challenge for titles and champions league qualification.
We'll be playing a couple of Premier League games over in India within 5 years, we're ahead of the game.
Even Ehab I think said the name change is only worth a couple of million. How is that going to challenge the status quo? That won't sign world class players.
Sarcasm aside that's exactly what we should do. Portsmouth had the lunacity to think themselves equal to the big boys. I can't see all those creditors being so lenient twice.
