My mate is an avid Arsenal supporter, he heard we had an early kick off tomorrow and asked if we were on TV, his exact words were "they are bound to show it in case of a possible revenge for 1973"
I don't usually get involved in banter threads but I love how this guy hasn't got a single fact right yet...

I suggest you look up English football in the 1890's.

Leeds have mainly been a second rate club for the vast majority of their existence, more renowned for the bad behaviour of their fans than anything they have produced on the football pitch..

    Crew, crew, crew.

The rest of you, can you desist from upsetting the wanabe Geordies.

Can you imagine how it must feel to live your entire lives in the shadow of your bigger better and more famous neighbours ( Newcastle, middlesborough and Hartlepool)? An entire city that only exists to make ****e Japanese cars!

To be fair Leeds do have a great loyal support, just a shame there is a sizeable dickhead element in them.
Come uo, be nice, we are ****e so a win for Leeds is not impossible, then go home.
    Leave the posturing **** behind.

Erm, we have a decent Matchday thread every game, and this is the first time in years it has descended into a bitchfest. We are always here. The new element are a couple of trogladite mackems.....

Even your cousins the Geordies were more friendly and affable than you lot when we played them in the fizzy pop cup last year.

Looking forward to the game. Is there an away friendly pub near the ground?

Not esecially an away pub, they are all mixed. Colliery tavern is right next to your new turnstiles.
Few clubs next to the petrol garage adjacent to st peters metro.
Nowhere I would say go or dont go to be honest. Only Newcastle and Boro ate not welcomed. Like anywhere else be nice, get nice.
