With Brentford losing as well it does mean that the game on the 24th will be on and not rescheduled for a midweek game - always a silver lining somewhere:cheesy:

When I mentioned it I was being sarcastic. 4 of our back 5 were regulars, often first choice in the Prem, and its not like we played our youth team in front of them. Something was very wrong today, and it wasn't the quality of player on the pitch.

I have a feeling Carabuh may be frantically trying to log in on this new crappy site very soon.
We are just plain **** in cups even with Lambchops in charge today was hardly a shock or an upset, well done to Preston and I hope they win the paint pot thing too.

That's knocked the stuffing out of the season. Two cup surrenders at lower opposition just sums up the false start.

No replay or disruption to league fixture list, after all you have your work cut out in the league as it is.!

That's just about knocked the stuffing out of me too - I am all for writing this season off as far as any kind success being achieved. Can't believe it has turned in to such pooh after such a great start.

The irony is that if Hughton was in charge we wouldn't be in this mess. He was boring and extremely limited but he'd have us organised. Our defense gets worse and worse with each passing week but Adams either refuses to do anything about it or doesn't know what to do about it!

I think we all do need to remember that we scoured Europe for a manager, nobody in the entire continent could do a better job. That's why we gave him a three year contract.

I suspect Rob Butler is lined up as his replacement.

Fair play. I was talking about our season as a whole though, not just this result.

I don't want Hughton back by the way, I was just mentioning it.
