Most City fans would say their team has been disappointing and inconsistent so far this season. Most Chelsea fans seem to think their team is incredible, potentially unbeatable at one point, "perfect" according to some.
I used my eyes to see Chelsea looked nothing more than decent early on and benefited from the same 11 game after game. City were plodding along. Not looked good for about 3 years but hasn't stopped them.
Jose is upset as he feels there was a campaign by the Spurs players to beat Chelsea today. He doesn't know why there is a campaign but he knows there is one and he's not happy about it.
I think The Smug One is catching a whiff of the acrid and bitter smell of failure, something that he's not used to (apparently), as failure is not something that he specializes in.
The media are in on it too. Apparently a TV channel was broadcasting the game and two fellas kept describing Spurs attacking prowess in the background as the match was going on. This had an unfair affect on the referee as he was able to check the TV coverage to help him keep count of the goals flashing past Courtois. Jose insists this is evidence of a blatant campaign to mindfuck the world against the mighty chavs.
Thanks for brightening up my week chaps, you are a constant source of entertainment, I've haven't laughed so much since 'Only fools and horses'.
