Quite right, my apologies - radio stated not a minor in New York (where an offence is alleged) and (I thought they said UK) but may have been other US States. Confusion with age of consent and legal age of adulthood under the Children's Act (higher if special needs) makes this quite a grey area. So, although protected under the 'Children's Act' consent to have sex is 16 with additional provisos for 16 - 17 year olds and another level fro under 18s; the NSPCC website, for example, states, ' ' The law also gives extra protection to young people who are 16 to 17 years old. It is illegal to: Take, show or distribute indecent photographs pay for or arrange sexual services for a person in a position of trust (for example, teachers, care workers) to engage in sexual activity with anyone under the age of 18.' Believe me, I have not time for the royals or rich / nasty scum but sometimes false allegations are made. Opinion in the US is fragmented with many child protection groups suggestion the case is harmony their cause because it is about money not justice. The problem occurs when there are many false claims which leads to real victims not being taken seriously. Jeffrey Epstein, at the heart of all this sounds like the sleaziest piece of **** imaginable.
They reckon one in four females have been abused at some point whilst growing up ....... that is a hell of a lot of people ....... figures are unclear about males as they are less likely to say any thing about their abuse
castrate them by all means but tie them to a chair and give the parents or the victim if old enough a stanley knife each to do the op !
The thing is 99% will be protected. These big wigs have used the BBC who are small fry compared to the real Higher archy from the royals to the aristocracy who will get away with it and always will. you wont find one big wig charged until they have died and that's the way it will always be...
About sums up the issue that is hitting the media today! Interesting video, going to get part 2.............................
