And that is now the only hope ristac. Hopefully three crap outfits somehow manage less points than us. I find it hard to believe though
Ristac, I respect your opinion, One thing fans need to understand is, Cellino brought in 15 players cos A, he didn't think we had good enough players, he was right in that respect, B, it seems highly likely, due to GFH's spending and plundering that he was advised on the possibilities of a transfer embargo; I believe they have them in Italy too, might be wrong though cos I don't follow Italian football. Now imagine if he'd gone out and spent millions on players and managers, chances are, we would have another embargo next January; then everyone would probably be complaining he over spent. I'm not fully convinced Cellino is calling the shots in regards to the diamond formation, it was said that Redders asked for free reign from Cellino and got it, that would include the team line up and formation. I know it was said a while back that Cellino has a preference for the diamond, but it was speculation, just like the rumours that kept surfacing from different people and media outlets saying, or insinuating that Cellino was picking the team. In all honesty, if he was, I'd say Adryan would'ave played a lot sooner and other players, like monty, who Cellino signed would be playing more regularly; it makes sense, but it depends how people choose to read it. Monty can play as striker or winger, but Redders refuses to use him.
FFS ...We all were worried about Redfearns appointment as full time manager, but if he failed he could be dropped down to academy manager again. We lasted nearly 40 mins against a bloody good team and it took another own goal to **** us up. ****ing sick off all this moaning bollocks... WE ARE LEEDS WE ARE LEEDS WE ARE LEEDS...
But it's not about one game shaks. We've won 12 games from 47 in 2014. How much worse can it be before we complain
We are ****ing rubbish, the worst Leeds team i have ever seen. Happy ****ing New Year............................i think not
Howya Eire, I realise that. But we as a team or club are not going to go anywhere IMO until the off field bollox is sorted. I'm not saying that's the reason we're ****e or that it effects the players. Cellino needs to be able to concentrate on bringing in new players and he needs a good manager, he also needs to put Redfearn back into the academy. But he can't do this with the FL vendetta against him and the club.
True shaks. For the life of me I don't know a solution. Squad has gotten progressively worse over last decade and now all the chickens are coming home to roost. Whole setup a complete shambles and only one man in a position to fix it if he's let and if he knows how
Cellino gave Redders free reign in picking team, so the responsibility falls on Redders shoulders, not Cellinos. if Cellino gave Lewis Hamilton a fiat 500 and told him to go and win the formular 1 championship with it (because he thinks he has a Ferrari),it would be Lewis Hamiltons fault if he didnt win would it ?
If you take the filthy lucre.............then it is your fault........... Hamilton would have told him to **** off....... Just as Redfearn should have..........if he is being dictated to... Notice than Tony Pulis told WBA...his way or the highway.... maybe football managers should get some balls, rather than prostituting themselves
Good analogy, but just to continue it - would Hamilton sign up if he knew he was going to drive a Fiat 500? I don't think so. Redders had the same option. He knew what he was getting in to.
if Cellino paid me a fair amount of dosh i would give it ago question is how many drivers will he go through before he realises that the car itself isnt up to scratch ?
Mighty, I can understand the point you're trying to make. Redders was a man than most fans were calling for to be the 1st team coach, obviously on the back of his 4 results as temp coach and failures of Hockaday and Darko Back then Redders was thought of as a Ferrari, or an F1 car and the man to take us forward; Cellino obviously listened to the fans and obliged, Cellino himself thought Redders would be better staying in academy; now, cos the Ferrari turned out to be a Fiat 500, many fans are blaming Cellino, but many don't want to look at the now obvious inexperience and continual mistakes of Redders and point the finger there. Similar thing happened with BM, people protested against Cellino for sacking BM, and saying BM was the man to take us forward; then BM had another very bad run of results and the fans were calling for him to be replaced, Cellino obliged, and quite rightly so. We've had so called experienced championship coaches, Warnock and BM for instance, but you can get any top coach/manager in, if he doesn't get the results required then he'll eventually be replaced, happens a lot on premiership too.
He had how many drivers of his 500 in Calgari and now he has had 4 already in this one now come on LL surely even you can see where the problem is
If you insist on using this analogy ..... at least the Fiat 500 had a good run in Series A. Unlike the Millwall pedal car which has lain in the back garden rusting.
Serie A is ranked LOWER than the championship the lower half of Serie A is probably on parr with league 1 at best Premiership La Liga Championship
