A tough one this month with a few beauties to choose from.... I think I'll go for Deeney's final goal at Fulham - I like the way they've speeded up the 27 pass move.
There is always a big thing made by Jersey General Hospital about people not turning up for their appointments - the neurology department being where some of the greatest demand is. The solution? Send me 2 appointments, one in February, one in March! Luckily, I spotted the error and phoned them - the woman I spoke to was so relieved that an appointment had been freed up for someone else.
Morning all from a very windy Malta - had a great time but the weather has not been too kind. Still, happy hour beckons from 1:00 to 6:00, so will be under cover! Happy New Year one and all

Wiziwig, the first place I look for streams has closed down. It seems that the Premier League have been getting heavy and it has cost them a lot of money to defend themselves despite not doing anything illegal. The final straw has been the new law coming into effect today in Spain where they operate from. This could result in so many costs that they cannot take a chance of continuing. Shame really, but if you look around there are still companies providing the service.
Happy New Year all, have a good one. Continued thanks to the mods, AK's bar and the league administrators for all you do. I read more often than I contribute now however. This Christmas we left home for the first time since Jesus was a boy and spent it with family rather than just me and Mrs S. We visited my sisters in Bricket Wood (close to Watford), my bro in Swindon and my bro and sis in law in Kent. Despite some trepidations WW3 did not break out and a good time was had by all. It's ungrateful to say this but we ended up with some awful/unsuitable presents and next year we are going to suggest we stop the present nonsense, so far we have some positive responses. I am sure some of our presents probably did not hit the spot, despite my wife's best efforts to think of something suitable and ask. Judging by some of the presents we got it seems apparent that they know (or remember) very little about us or didn't think to research a bit. Thought that counts I suppose. Worst present was from my sisters family - flu! Put a damper on drinking and eating last night as I cannot taste a thing. She is now crusing the caribbean with Husband grrrr.
Not sure that it came from the same source, but flu has blighted our household too - am almost certain mine is actually some strain of ebola... I have a similar point of view on presents & have had for quite a few years. A while back I hit on the idea of storing unwanted ones for a couple of years then re-wrapping them and giving them back. It seems to have worked.
Morning Andy, belated birthday greetings for yesterday! Morning all from a cold and foggy Weston-super-Mare! Have a good day!
