I'm making a power ballads playlist for NYE and I'm after some suggestions for any obvious classics currently missing. So far I have: You're The Voice - John Farnham Here I go again - Whitesnake Total Eclipse of the Heart - Bonnie Tyler Kayleigh - Marillion More than a feeling - Boston Kyrie - Mr Mister Since you've been gone - Rainbow Alone - Heart The Best - Tina Turner Africa- Toto We Built this city - Starship I want to know what love is - Foreigner Cant fight this feeling - REO Speedwagon Wind of change - The Scorpions St Elmo's Fire - John Parr Broken Wings - Mr Mister The Final Countdown - Europe Lavender - Marillion Nothings gonna stop us now - Starship Don't stop believin - Journey I'm thinking maybe a bit of Def Leppard, perhaps Pour Some Sugar On Me, but any other suggestions most welcome.

Just played it but I dont know it and therefore it's no good to me. Sod the guests, this is for MY enjoyment! Cheers anyway.
Others can come to mind now ive given it some thought (whilst still sober) ........ On the Line by Tangier Losing You by Dream Evil Cocaine by Eric Clapton Ready for Love by Bad Company Black Velvet by Alannah Myles Don't Let the Sky Fall on Me by (Ken) Tamplin Love Song by Ten (frontman is Gary Hughes) 7 more for ya - Enjoy.
I did consider that but it's just a little slow for NYE, at least the slower ones I have like Wind of Change do kick in a bit. And have a good whistle solo. Speaking of solos, how good is the bagpipe on You're The Voice?
Sounds like a thrilling NYE party... Not. Start it off with Gold Rush by Danny Byrd and the Brookes brothers. There's my tip, treasure it. That song is gold dust.
