Back in June he came on and said he was back again after a break, but he posted very little and hasn't been seen since then.

Another heavy frost overnight and the temperature not expected to rise above 2°C. Hoped to do some work with cement, but think it will be too cold. Still the day will be 1 minute longer which is good.
Being the last day of the year some here have a feast, called le Réveillon de Saint-Sylvestre. Saint Sylvestre was Pope from 314 to 335 A.D and has no connection with the New Year apart from the fact that today is his feast day. Restaurants put on special meals at inflated prices that will have ten or more courses and will last well into the early hours. Sometimes there will be dancing to shake the meal down and the street lights are left on all night to help people find their way home. I prefer to keep the fire burning and watch fireworks from around the world.
Good morning everyone. This new style is going to need getting used to and where is the list of people on the page now. The green spot is not as good.
There's a box in the privacy settings that can be ticked if you want others to see that you are looking at the page. Not sure if it's working though - I ticked it but still can't see my name anywhere...
