Didn't 'Mr Sherwood' manage Tottenham, one of the top 6 or 7 teams in the country? Of course he was gonig to win games when he had a team like theirs with Gareth Bale in it...
What's with these random Sherwood calls? My folks recorded the FA Cup final on ITV for me on which he was a pundit. He wasn't the slightest bit positive or complimentary about us being in the lead at half time and made it pretty clear it's in London he wants to work.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30620617 says it all!!! Bruce thanks, we all love you for getting us here... but time to **** off please!!
I'm just saying I think it'd be a decent appointment if it happened. I'd be looking at Robinson before him though, maybe Eddie Howe (but the way Bournemouth are going, that'd never happen).
Sherwood got sacked because he was ****. Might as well bring Barmby back if you want that level of inexperience.
****ing hell, let's not appoint a manager because he wasn't complimentary about us being in the lead at half time on the television. A compliment I might note that he was correct not to make!
Despite our cup run to the FA cup final....would anyone be bothered if bruce was to leave, i personally think we could of beat swansea, west brom and leicester, if it wasnt for brucies strange formation! ....most pundits out there didn't expect our squad to be lingering near the bottom! ....i feel for me, bruce has the everton game left, if he were to lose that, most clubs would be sacking him! infact i think he's lucky to still be here after the leicester game, we cant get anyone, who can be any worse, surely!
Not really impressed with the list of potential replacements so far. Would be nice if we could get someone with lots of experience building up a successful youth system, someone from the Bunduslegia perhaps?
Not many managers like that about that would be interested in a club like ours, not that are much cop anyway. It's always said that Swansea are the model to follow well, look at the managers they've had in their rise. All young up and comers, all turned out to be quality. I'd like to see us give a young British manager a go.
Ally McCoist got two consecutive promotions at Rangers, that's pretty impressive by any means, we should go for him. Not sure about compensation, he's technically on gardening leave so we might have to pay a bit.
