Christ I thought I read the same story from PL years ago, if he hasn't learnt by now how to judge any situation involving women then the direct approach is his only option, that or buy a talking doll.

 

Tbf, I've never really been in a situation like this before. The closest was a girl I liked years ago (way before not606), but even that was quite different.

I've actually thought in the past that we could have one special thread called something like... Dear Deirdre, and PL could bump it every time he feels he needs some advice. It would be a very Saint-ish thing to do, to hand over one unique thread to a supporter from the blue.

Sorry to be unkind, but PL would have trouble knowing what to say to a talking doll, unless it came (sorry) was accompanied by a set of key phrases to use at appropriate moments.
