Again, attacking our fan base, what's wrong with some of you? Any need? Grow up you idiot. I'm not bitter, I've credited your victory and congratulated you all. Keep up.
Some of you lot are so twisted in victory. Go and compare Gus' points over the last year to Bruce than ask yourself why you posted that ridiculous statement. Again grow up. People have opinions accept it. You went down injured almost every time you were fouled after you took the league. It's only an observation
You regret sacking Steve Bruce and you're bitter and twisted. Sore loser. Just accept the truth and be done with it.
I know I should. Really like your board, some of the music taste in particular is out of this world, but you've got so many twats. Suppose it comes with it being a busy board. Hope you enjoyed the game fella, well done on the deserved three points.
Am I correct in saying that bucket loads of the Sunlan "fans" had departed the Stadium of Dark long before the final whistle when they were still capable of getting a draw and should have been receiving encouragement from the stands?
I wasn't attacking your fans - I was just surprised how quiet they were. As for the rest of your comment... I'll just ignore it. Not getting into a petty squabble over it. Good luck the rest of the season.
But it had no relevance to the point. Just an extra detail to use as a dig. I wasn't born yesterday. Sound travels better in a enclosed small stadiums(grounds in truth). the idiots who run our club have put away fans at the opposite side of the ground. There's plenty of noise, it just doesn't register up in the rafters at the opposite of the ground due to very bad away fan placement. All the best mate, seriously.
To be fair all I could hear on the stream was Sunderland fans until the last 5 or 10 minutes. Just assumed our lack of noise was due to us apparently not taking too many and being drowned out.
Well those statistics have been erased from our records. Also when was the last match we won after being down 1-0 ? The match commentator said 47 matches ! Anyone know?
Then I apologise. The acoustics where we were seemed quite good but I guess that sound isn't travelling and leave both sets of fans more distant. Honestly, I was commenting on the lack of noise and not your actual fans. Hopefully one day we have 40k at a home game and hopefully our acoustics don't cause a similar problem.
It has killed the atmosphere though, away fans used to have the south west corner, with our singers to the left and right of them in the south and west stand. It was electric. Now away fans are as far away as possible. We can barely hear Man U that's how bad it is. Those lads raise the roof. So there's no back and forth which knocks the stuffing out of the atmosphere. I don't doubt both ends are making plenty of noise. with many in the middle who are quiet as a mouse. Our home form has been ****e ever since.
We went 1-0 down in the FA Cup Semi Final. Unless it means just league matches, where it might be right - the last league one I remember was the 3-2 win over Newcastle last season.
Mudslinging apart its 1 win, a very welcome win at that but I don't care who it was against and we need a couple more if we are realistically to stay in the top flight. I've said many a time its great being in the Premier League but not constantly propping up the rest as we have been it causes discontentent when some supporters have unrealistic expectations of our capabillities. Need I remind anyone that when the likes of Leeds, Rangers and other great teams of the past languish where they do at the moment then Hull City have a small mountain to climb to maintain the status quo. Sunderland are old 1st Division stalwarts and had a centre half that I wished we had today in Charley Hurly and lets not forget their heroics in the FA Cup final against Leeds, we have a bit of catching up to do but a win is a good start.
