Re levy...most think hes an arse when it comes to hiring and firing managers but financially has done well for us. re bale money...eriksen cost £11m ... chadli cost £8m so they were very good buys chirches cost around £7m and aint impressed imo but roma reported to be willing to pay the same amount for him. lamela .... jury is still out as he could come good soldado ... works hard but hardly scores which is kind of a weakness for a striker! Capoue...done ok at best paulinio...nothing good to say about him so 2 very good imo (eriksen and chadli) 2 ok ... chiriches and capoue 1 hard tryer but non scoring striker 1wait and see...gettibg better 1dross I guess the end of this season will give the answer... 2 yrs is long enough for the players to settle...if we win a trophy and continue to improve then yes...it was well spent if we have a repeat of last season then no...it was pissed up the wall good luck for the season...bar playing us...glad you lot are fighting to stay up...always liked qpr happy xmas
I think the QPR view is coloured by dealings since Redknapp joined us - Townsend on loan - very good Jenas permanently as part of the package - clever stuff Danny, decent player but perma crocked BAE on loan, another good player but attitude worthy of Boswinga, ultimately a disaster Tom Carroll on loan - I really like him, but too easy to write off as a lightwieght and not right for the Championship. See he is playing for Swans now. May have missed some, but only one real success, rest seen as Levy parking stuff he wants off the payroll. As I said above, more fool us. I understand he has 18 months left on his contract. This is about the time we should be sitting down and offering him an improved package, and this has become a priority. There is no way we should let him go in January as this would make relegation a certainty. Our owners are no mugs: I doubt that this post offers them any new angle!
