I didn't realise bamford was only on loan at Boro until January. Might be an option if Chelsea want to move him up a level (if we sign Bertrand permanently)

But top of championship to top half of the premier league may be too big a jump for him and he will get guaranteed games at Boro. If they look to give him premier time in the second half of the season then someone in the bottom half in need of a striker would probably be more suitable for both parties:

-leicester (ulloa has lost form)
-hull (don't score anymore)
-sunderland (often don't score very many)
-wba (looking like they will cash in an berahino whilst his stock is high and they continue to have concerns over his attitude)

Etc

 

Koeman was pretty skeptical about us getting Alderweireld in the summer.

With the likes of arsenal nosing around for Schneiderlin and possible other players like Nathaniel Clyne been looked at

Will they be able to sign Ryan Bertrand and also Toby Alderweireld permanently in new year

As Ryan Bertrand missing next match and no ready LB

We possible require LB & RD but it will quite interested to see if any transfer done if we are going to stay top half of the league

Hope Bertrand signs but think we will have trouble getting Toby to sign up beyond this season unfortunately. The usual scavengers will be sniffing around for him.
