    We'll see.

I obviously want us to click into place and start winning.

Have a feeling the owners may be thinking otherwise.

A month ago we would not creating anything, now we are, and the next stage will be scoring them. Team is making progress. Markovic is improving, Hopefully xmas will give Can, Suso, Moreno some game time and we will see some further improvments in the squad.
    We are looking better

I agree with a striker we would have a finish to the approach play, a lot of good performances today I have no complaints if we can move on from there then we may and I mean may have turned a corner.

you guys must be joking about Gerrard

sure physically he is not the player he was, but his vision and range of passing is as exceptional as ever

he was at the heart of that late comeback and spell of dominance for liverpool

you need vidal, marchisio and pogba to protect him like they do Pirlo

he is still you most important player for my money and can be for another 2 or 3 years, if you give him that protection

liverpool would be lost without him, he is irreplaceable, truly the only world class english player since Paul Scholes

Turned a corner into a dark alleyway and got mugged for 2 goals by a drunk 12 year old<whistle>

  7. The freekick was silly and he hardly touched him. Sanchez was runnign away from goal but his beating Gerrard for pace and going into the LB area where we have no player. We than had two opportunities to clear the danger but we didn't do it.

I actually thought the Hollywood ball was the right choice when he took it, its only hindsight that tells you it wasn't. I applaud Gerrard wanting to go for the win rather than sit on 1-1 tbh.

Crazy comment he was brilliant, when we had them penned in and they won a ball he would win it back and enable us to continue to attack. He's everything we've needed in this bad spell and thank **** Rodgers has seen sense and played him. He has the aggression and the passion that we need. He faded at the end and gave the ball away a couple of times but I put that down to lack of games.

Gerrad was ****ing abysmal. How does the manager not see this. Not scapegoating for the sake of, he was truly ****ing awful. Attempted a silly pass that lead to their 2nd, a liability in defense. I just don't see the use of him.

Skertl at fault for both goals. He's better off as forward. He's a shocking defender.

Shame about the red for Borini, he should be coming off the bench more often. The chap is really trying hard, a bit too much today. But that passion and fight is what you expect from the players, and he's shown alot of that. Lambert is hardly a game changer.

welcome to my world! But the problem is, we'd lose the pass-and -move speed/pressing attack if we do that, I suspect.

Thought he played well in that little cameo apart from his testiness.

Borini getting sent off is the nail on the head. Such stupidity, people cry about the passion he shows but **** that, he came on and ran around at 100mph and taking corners as if it was the last kick of the game. You need calm heads and right decisions when your losing and he offered none. Every time he saw a bit of goal he shot as if it was last goal winner.

Thought we played well, could see the game change when we had strikers on. Arsenal were terrible mind.

I don't get the venom toward Gerrard today, he's been poor this season but he played well today and certainly doesn't deserve a grilling none of our players do. Arsenal had two chances and scored both yes individual mistakes cost us but they happen and normally you get away with one or two. IMO we should look at that performance and hope that we can repeat it because if we do we'll win more than we lose.

There were players much closer to him and all he had to do was shuffle it on, f**ing hollywood ball was stupid, this is what I mean about when we have the balla nd have not got it, sometimes your shape means you cannot afford to lose possession at that moment, that's why you keep it moving with short passes and keep it, that was one of those times, 3 arsenal players loitering and Gerrard delivers the ball right to them and leaves us exposed for what would have been no great gain, he wasted 2 long balls prior to that too.

The free? If he had stayed goalside and not made that stupid challenge then there would have been someone in that area, Gerrard!

Oh f** off with the scapegoat bollocks. If a player is playing below par, ANY player, then they will be criticised and rightly so. It's their job to turn up, give their all and earn their salary. Footballers shouldn't get a free pass. Gerrard was s**t today, gave away so many simple passes, gave away the free kick that led to their first goal. If Lucas did all that he'd be getting criticism too.

I thought Markovic, Lucas, and to a lesser extent Sterling and Coutinho played well. But Lallana was average to poor. He looks alright bcos of what others around him create but what does he add? From what I've seen of him for a season and a half he's Spurs level at best and he epitomised that today.

Toure? He let the ball roll in front of him, for some reason.
