Don't really know what to say about that, with the same players as last season we'd be 4-0 down again

 

I'm happy so far. We all know we have our faults but we're playing better than I expected. We're dominating possession and creating some chances, not loads but creating some is better than what we've been doing most of this season. I'll be happy if we play the second half the same way.

 

Unfortunately all our central defenders are pretty s**t really.

Skrts - had a good season last year, but deep down we all know he's a liability.

Toure - done okay, but is a back up player. Has mistakes in him.

Lovren - totally failed

Sakho - the better option. And I'd keep him in from now on to at least give him a chance. Not convinced either really.

I expect arsenal to focus on cutting down the space Gerrard and Lucas have... That's the minimum I expect anyway

They were so poor and we did well enough off of it

Just need 2 forwards like we used to have

Also is be telling Henderson to fn make the overlap run via 2/3 times there's acres and he's refusing it... Might be under orders

 

Was an if for me as the header would have been saved but it won't be given as such

 

Dunno why we bother paying these defenders. I think we'd be better playing the youths. It'd save us a lot of money to spend on attacking players and they might actually learn from their mistakes instead of making the same ones over and over.

 

We're playing well no complaints. We ave to maintain this level for the full 90 if we do we win.

 

They were trying to do that in the first half

 

If only we had Sturridge to finish off the chances. Still think we can get the 3 points, if we play with the same authority. I thought it was midfield Arsenal would dominate, but they look disjointed and we having alot of space to work with. Would be a real kick to go on and lose this now.

Sterling has been relatively quiet, so hope we'll only improve in the 2nd half.

 

Looking back would Kelly and Wisdom do well in this formation?

This is just typical of our team and of our season. The defence is letting us down again. What this does to the arsenal confidence goodness knows but if we score again they will pile on the pressure believing they'll equalise past such a poor defence

Right, I've said it lots of times now, Gerrard is no longer an asset from dead balls. He always hits the first ****ing man, it's infuriating.

 

What I would do for Hyypia and Henchoz...

They would still be better than what we currently have. But, we dont need a defensive coach........
