Ramirez needs to never play again, Meyler needs to be put out of the team in favour of Quinn and we need Diame/Hudds playing. Aluko should start also now every game

We have been dog **** now for about 12 months. Back end of last season and all of this season, these are all his signings and frankly they are not performing anywhere near the standard required.

There are divisions in the camp and the football is as bad as I have seen.

I know what you mean, We've got a similar problem. Only we keep possession but do nowt with it. String of thirty passes that lead nowhere. It's doing my nut in fella.

To be fair you're never going to pass it into the box with Brucie. I think you need to be harder working, direct, push out quickly, press high and force mistakes. I'd get Elmo further up the pitch too. He's got the pace and the power to hit that byline at will. He did it for fun for us only his delivery let him down, but it's a hell of lot more difficult for a defender to deal with then the deep crosses that you're putting in now. He'll win every header on his touch line too, help you to move further up the pitch as a unit. He's a beast, I know he's a wingback and a good one at that but you need attacking intent and that lad oozes it imo

Yes it was s**t today, no getting away from it...But we lost to a goal that took a wicked deflection. No keeper would have saved that. However why weren't we closing him down sooner. Everyone knows that if Shelvy gets a sight of goal he'll have a go, therefore you have to get in there quick to close him down..Makes you wonder what the coaches tell them in training. But the goal was just par for the course on our season so far...No luck....bad refereeing decisions etc...Its got to change surely....

I don't know how anyone can want to see Aluko starting, he was ****ing awful today.

He had one moment at Everton and for the rest of the game did nothing, he hasnt earned a place in the team why he is brought on over Brady baffles me, and Sagbo well that just shows the desperation of the situation we're in.

Brady is very poor on the right he had a spell there in the Championship but has not played there since it wouldn't have made since to bring him on and play on the right wing when we are chasing a game we need to win where as Aluko has done it a few times. I am not after him starting but at least he ran at people and took a man on he wasn't scared to run with the ball and was brave with the ball at his feet, a lot more than some. He tried to do something, it didn't come off but the rest of the team looked scared to try anything and just tried to pass backwards. We needed someone to be brave and at least Aluko did that.

I didn't see Bruces comment about Ramirez, for me that is very concerning that he rates him, his corners were worse than Marneys and he was as powderpuff as the sugar plum fairy and she probably tackles better too- not to mention being incredibly slow

Thank **** someone's said it. Aluko was ****ing **** again. He actually knocked a ball into touch!! 20 yards down the wing FFS. He then took a free kick from out on the right and hit it along the ground almost!! FFS **** absolute ****. Why Brady didnt come on instead of him I'll never know.

I don't get why you would want Brady on the right? Has he played there since we was in the Championship?

Also if you are on about knocking the ball into touch what about Livermore been unable to pass it straight back to Elmo....

I know you have an issue with Aluko but he was hardly the worst players today and actually tried to make something happen, it didn't work but would you prefer it if he just kept playing it to the centre backs to lump forward? At least then his pass completion would have looked good i suppose.

makes you wonder why Bruce signed Ince - he played well in the early part of the season - Bruce signed 10 players most don't feature - hes pissed a couple off - some are **** and a couple are ok - playing Sagbo, Bruce and Meyler with Brady, McShane and Ben Arfa not playing and Ince out on loan is a ****ing disgrace - Bruce has totally lost it and needs to leave asap

I heard a lot of moaning about Meyler, and he does misplace passes at times, but he is one of our few midfielders who can run forward with the ball with his head up. eg. his through ball to Jelavic which turned out to be offside. I mean, given injuries, I can't see how you can drop him - but i'd still have Meyler in there at the moment even ahead of many of our injured players.

Quinn needs playing. OP says "no end product" but that's because he has mainly been played out on the left - where "dependable but no end product" correctly describes his game. When he has got a chance down the middle this season (e.g. QPR and Everton away) he has been an incredibly inventive and important creative spark. I just don't understand why he isn't given a chance in the middle - our real creative moments this season have been few and far between, so they stand out to me, and Quinn is central to a lot of them.

Other than that though, I think you really need to work on the midfield-attacking link.

Again, the examples of good midfield-attacking links aren't very forthcoming - but in the 2nd half against Everton, we had something like:

    Meyler - Huddlestone - Livermore
    -----Aluko -------- Quinn -----
    ------------Jela---------------

Maybe it is worth trying something like that again? Actually getting players behind the strikers, rather than an over-reliance on the wings. Obviously Huddlestone and Livermore aren't available in the short term, but it could work even better with players who can pass forward eg. Ramirez?

    Yeah decent points you make.
We left Shelvy far to much room twice in the first half
The likes of Elmo just look shot at the minute.

    Agreed.

Disagree about Quinn he is excellent out wide. Superb crosser of the ball.
