My mistake; didn't see most of the QF owing to work, and had thought that Gardos was suspended for a bad foul, not a professional one.

I take credit for this; friend had asked for betting advice this weekend, and the line on Everton seemed shockingly high given our form and injury/suspension woes. From the moment I told him that they looked like the best value, it was guaranteed that we'd stuff them.
That was all him. Won back the ball, made the nice pass to set up the cross and immediately went looking for the return. I was sort of like "No, just get back" but credit to him. Well deserved. I like Yoshida. I just don't LOVE Yoshida. But as a third CB/rotating player can't complain at all.
You're absolutely right, I was trying to give a little context - I think 4 tackles a game is good for a CM, 10 is outrageous!
