I'm going for Macgregor Elmo Chester Davies Rosenior Brady Livermore Meyler Quinn Hernandez Jelavic I like the idea of Brady cutting in onto his left foot. I'm dropping Robbo as we need to be solid at the back. Brucey prefers Elmo at Rb as he likes to get it out of his feet and bomb on, defence into attack quickly, and his defending really isnt as bad as some make out on here. Meyler and Jake to do the donkey work and get it wide early. Brady and Quinny to whip in crosses for Jelavic and Hernandez. 2-0 win.
Couldn't you do Robertson up in Quinn's spot or something? I doubt we would see Quinn in that spot starting in a 4-4-2
It will be my choice of match tomorrow. I always try to watch you lads or the Mags when Sunderland aren't playing. Hoping for a gripping match to take my mind off the derby.
Key match stats (supplied by Opta) Hull City are unbeaten in their last six league games against Swansea (W4 D2 L0). Swansea have failed to score in their last three games at the KC Stadium. The Tigers have won a league-low six points in Premier League home matches this season. Swansea City have lost a league-high 16 points from leading positions this season – losing four and drawing two of the 12 PL games that they have held a lead in. Wilfried Bony has scored eight goals in his last 10 Premier League appearances. Ivorian striker Bony has netted more goals in 2014 than any other player (20) and only 11 fewer than Hull City have overall in this period (31).
Ivorian striker Bony has netted more goals in 2014 than any other player (20) that's kinda bad really, out of all premier league players..
Hull have 1 win at home , Swansea have 1 win on the road ....something's gotta give .But with Dawson , Huddlestone and Diame out and us with a full team I think you guys are going to break , big time . Fab Rangel , Bartley , Williams , Taylor Dyer , Ki , Siggy , Britton , Monteroof , Bony 4 - 1 Swans ..cheers
I like your team Chazz. Personally would go 4-2-3-1: McGregor Rosenior Chester Davies Robertson Livermore Meyler Elmo Ramirez Brady Jelavic The key thing for me is up front. If it's two up front should be Jelavic and Hernandez (although their partnership wasn't as great as people seem to remember, the latter was dropped out of choice by Bruce before Jelavic got injured). Sick of seeing Aluko play up front. Play him on the wing or not at all. Play 2 proper strikers or just Jelavic and plenty of creativity in midfield. Don't waste a spot on a pretend striker.
it has to be this team to be honest.. don't want aluko or hernandez starting, maybe quinn involved somehow
Macgregor Chester Bruce Davies Elmo Robertson Livermore Meyler Ramirez Jelly Hernandez That's the team for me, time to give it a bit of a go.
McGregor Rosie Chester Davies Robertson Elmo Livermore Meyler Brady Jelly Hernandez However I've a feeling both Aluko and Quinn will start so it'll be another 0-0
This would be my team of choice. Though Ramirez might be too lightweight. McGregor Elmo Chester Bruce Davies Robertson Meyler Livermore Quinn Jelavić Hernandez
too lightweight for what? swansea have one of the smallest teams in the league, they play decent football though
