Hereford United is wound up by High Court over tax debt http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hereford-worcester-30542821
I don't particularly think they'd care.. maybe they will get their own version of OLM and PLT with Town Till I Die.
The council own the ground. A good situation. "Once the ground has been secured, the council will consider the appropriate process for procuring a new tenant to ensure the continuation of football." Football carries on.
someone tell OLM and PLT that. PLT will look back on his posts in a year or 5 and cringe. not sure if OLM will tho', not sure if he will remember what was happening, looking back 5 years from now. aw bless
Oh where to start ? You think that a new name would have brought untold riches something like Hereford Red Bull ? well the FA won't allow that and rightly so. A new sugar daddy owner who couldn't pay the 148,000 debt, probabaly better off without him. Some loyal fans will get together and form a club to play football in Hereford, and credit to them. I really don't see your problem.
Wound up today due to false promises of their owner summing to 150k roughly ... bit of prespective please people and hope the club reforms .. all be it under a new name with no history
