Becks? Becks as in beer? - No thanks.
I've found a special place in Chicago which sells Czech beer (as well as German copies such as Lowenbrau) This is the best beer available in the USA: Pilsner Urquell and Staropramen! One just cannot get a really good I.P.A. style English bitter, but these wonderful lagers are so refreshing!

Have you tried a Czech beer such as Pilsner Urquell? I doubt you'd ever touch Kronenbourg again. The Czech version of Budweiser (Budwar) is the original that the Americans tried (and failed miserably) to reproduce.

If we ever met Cowboy, I hereby promise to treat you to the real stuff. The French and the yanks can't get close. (I hope no-one's looking over my shoulder as I type this! [Checks: yes, coast is clear…]. But the great thing is that the people in this place all agree with me!

3am here and am up and fancying a nice chilled beer after reading this! I like the Czech beers, used to room with a Czech guy so went through the whole range, what we could get hold of anyway, and he used to bring some over from Prague!

Totally agree. This article is nothing. It has nothing to say. It's utterly despicable, worthy of Byron Young actually. The headline should be "Hamilton to start 2013 contract negotiations in next couple of months" because that's all it reports. The quoted source said, "Talks between McLaren and Lewis's agent will commence within the next two months to decide his future after the 2012 season." The despicable hack, Paul Weaver, twists that by regurgitating the Daily Mail story about Hamilton's option. The two points are not remotely connected and are, in fact, mutually exclusive but the complete dickhead uses the option clause as a sub-heading.

Paul Weaver = Byron Young = tacky cheap scumbag.

He needs help. He has had the top 3 car his whole life, where is he going to go? Really hope he goes and his Mclaren replacement wins the WDC next year...

Cosi and Cowboy - I highly recommend Leffe. That stuff is absolutely gorgeous, so smooth but be careful, it will mess you up !!

On the subject of beer, ex-champions Nigel Mansell and Jacques Villeneuve have warned Hamilton to sit down, shut up and be grateful for what he has.

Maybe Hamilton should look to Senna. He felt the same, not challenging for a couple of seasons so moves to 'the best car on the grid' didn't finish a race and died because his new teams car was ****.

The whole story about Red Bull and Hamilton is utter bullshit I think. Both Chrisitan Horner and Lewis Hamilton have both said there's no talks about next years driver line up, so why can't that be the end of it. Mind you this story did come from a newspaper........

Well it looks like Horner is not keen on signing Hamilton.

I admit that it could work, and they would be unstoppable, but its all these daft rumors that are getting me, as I said, from newspapers

Horner has also had a little dig at Hamilton which provides further proof that Hamilton has got nowhere to go apart from staying at Mclaren.

Thanks for the welcome, much appreciated. Will not add to the thread as I feel much of what I might have thought has been covered.
Although I'm not so sure either Red Bull or Ferrari would take him.

    6x, love real ale ;-)
