You may have thrush. Just dip your member in a Muller fruit corner and ask a friendly tramp to lick it off next time you are at Coocaddens. That should remove all trace of the infestation. Make sure to get all the yogurt off as there is nothing more painful than baby thrush eggs hatching up your japs eye.
