You are ahead of us in the league, you are scoring goals (we are not), we have won 3 in a row (has 4 ever been done), you are at home

I guess you are favourites...but I cling to the hope that form etc goes out of the window in a Derby...probably a bit of luck/poor ref decision will decide it. But the two cups and the derby is all we have to look forward to (assuming we finish mid-table)

I think it might come down to who keeps a cool head on the day. Wouldn't be surprised to see at least one red card, which could completely change the game.

If the game finishes with 22 players on the pitch i'd be surprised.

Watch it be a boring 0-0 draw

I think Catts will target Colback for a bit of extra attention. Mind you, don't forget about Tiote - he's likely to blow!

And if Saylor plays I'll be watching through my fingers, waiting for him to do something completely daft as he gets caught up in the moment.

Was it not at a previous match that saylor was shot from a sniper rifle...I suspect after last weekend, diving might be top of the refs agendas.

Against wetsham, Johnson's penalty was soft, but then we should have had a pen from a handball.

As for Catts and the ginger turncoat, I do not know if they are mates or not, but you have your own 'Catts'.. Tiote who is also quite good at simulation or kicking (more yellow than any other player, is that right?)

I reckon there will be a sending off or two. If Cattermole plays then he is always a likely candidate. He has improved a touch this season but a leopard doesn't change its spots. Wes Brown is a dirty **** too but seems to get away with. He is a bit Cabayeish in that he is quite sly about it. I hope we don't play Tiote personally. I'd rather see our best combo of Abeid and Colback. They get stuck in but don't have the daft moments like Tiote. Plus they keep the ball a lot better. We could really do with young Aarons being fit. He'll give whoever plays right back a torrid time if on song. Tiote, Sissoko, Saylor and Colo are all capable of daft moments. Janmaat is brutal so you never know.

I'd say we look a better side and the table certainly seems to back it up. However its a derby, so form/ability goes out the window as usual.

To be fair, they would be a lot louder if they were allowed to take their chainsaws & banjos in and squeal like pigs.

Surprised that the mackems are as high as 14th.
The fans of the clubs below them must be really, really quiet.
