I dunno, City tend to struggle a bit at Goodison, and for all the Chelsea chat about "three point lane", they have only won one of their last eight league games at Spurs. Either way, we don't really need to close the gap to Chelsea and City over winter. We just need to stay close enough to them to keep the pressure on till the CL starts up again then be ready to exploit any slips. They probably won't slip up enough for us to have any chance of winning the league, but I'd be happy with us keeping the pressure on at the top till May. Give the new players a taste of a title chase in order to prepare for next year. Which will almost certainly be ours
