Vargas looks lively. But there's not enough urgency going forward and the passing is terrible. They've been bang average - 2-0 flattering - but we need more endeavour going forward. All academic now though. Can we resign mackie for the 2nd half?
Now you know why we are said to be looking at wingers and why we haven't played two wide men this season.
I'd even try SWP in place of Mutch and bring on OBZ for Philips so we have something to aim at going forwards.
Not sure what changes can be made by Harold, Kranky for Phillips perhaps to hold the ball up more....
I've hated Barton since he came to us. He's not a DCM and its suicidal playing him in this position considering he can't pass the ball. He takes all our set pieces but floats the ball rather than whipping it in. Time to see some real character now. BZ on for Mutch, two upfront please
I think Hoilett has done well; whereas, Phillips is a waste of a shirt. Get Kranky and OBZ on instead of Phillips and Mutch and we could do a lot better because Everton is not very good. Barton has cost us dearly. He set the mould with his first missed pass while not under pressure after about 45 seconds.
Perhaps it would have been wiser to get them in before the season started. Didn't Redknapp sign Phillips, on a long contract too? Why do players turn into s**t as soon as they join QPR? Thankfully I can't find a stream which doesn't collapse after 8 seconds, so I'm taking the dog for a walk. FT: Everton 2 QPR 4
If you lot were here you might actually appreciate, how unlucky we have been. Your all slagging off the players who are trying. All clueless as usual.
Agreed, I think this is a fairly decent away performance so far by our standards. Everyone's given it a go
Not me, mate. Sounds like we've been very unlucky. (But Mutch and Phillips haven't had much of a mention.)
Almost as annoying as the Aguero goal. If that ball hadn't taken that deflection it would hardly been mentioned at half time.
Well, lets just hope they show some character and change that stat. Can't see it with this lot, but one can only hope.
