The way the YSB's are shaping under Brenda with his crazy tactics and squad selection it could be that the dippers are more worried about the points gap between them, Leicester, Burnley, QPR & Hull. And none of those clubs spent 200 mill on a selection of over rated misfits..............................................and long may it continue
I'm going for 25 points + . We're already 10 points clear after what was said to be our worst ever start at one stage. We've actually got a very favourable run of fixtures on there way now, and I don't think well make the same mistakes against the weaker sides that we did earlier in the season, due to our confidence being back, and our players more used to LVGs ideas. I think we can keep this winning run going, and can get involved in the title race. The dippers are a side in total disarray. They sold there best player and replaced him with a bunch of mid table players. There only hope of keeping the gap respectable is if they can get Sturridge back and on form, as at the moment I just don't see where the goals are going to come from. They can't even rely on Slippy G from the penalty spot as they have no Suarez or Sturridge to dive for the penalties.
Anyone with even the slightest understanding of Premiership football knew that all these "bargain basement" brenda bought were nothing but a bunch of at best, AVERAGE players, yet the dippers were banging on about how they were all going to gel & become world beaters. Really? they are all struggling to cope with the Premiership, and the European outing soon showed what they really are, championship quality, not premiership. But maybe thats Brenda's strategy, a dip into the championship, and get back into the premiership & silverware at last! Believe it or not, that even might convince the dippers that at last they have won a championship!
