    Painful to watch. Rodgers OUT. Not that another manager will do better right now, but Rodgers has to go for wasting 120m on dross.

    I think putting Markovic at left wing back is a sign of desperation and it shows that Rodgers is starting to run out of ideas. The sensible decision would've been to bring Lovren off and change to a back 4 and put Markovic higher up the pitch. In this position we are getting none of the benefits of his attacking play and the negatives of his defensive ability.

    Like putting Skrtel upfront to be honest...
