Welbeck played 129 games for us.

    What was your point again?

Why have you just built a shiny new 200milliom acadamy then? Not one will ever feature in your first team...

Oh and shall we now start discussing those who have or continue to feature in our first team. The list is long. Very very long. Past, present and future.

You guys should probably give up. You have no experience of this and dont know what its like to have players brought through the club go on and enjoy great, unparalleled success at the club you love. You just wont get it.

Needs more barcelona fans in here, or some ajax fans. They would get it. They know.

Sturridge is better than Wellbeck, who you keep banging on about, and he doesn't line up for you.
    Go to bed

Dont make yourseld look as stupid as these idiots ibwt. Its a discussion about our acadamy producing professional footballers. At no point was a discussion about th being world class or just decent players brought up.

Nor have i made the claim. 1000s of players have come through and we cant alwaya have superstars. No acadamy can. However it comtinues to produce players good enough for even the top level sides in football regularly. Only a handful can say the same.

Oh and those you say came through another teams ranks.... You should check the youth team history of those players. Each one played and trained at uniteds acadamy.

What's the point in producing players who aren't good enough for you? Whether your academy produces players that play for Championship, League 1 or other Prem teams means **** all. If they're not playing for you then they're no use are they (unless you've managed to sell them for decent money which none of those listed really have).

So Scholes has the same knowledge as a thick, drug addled rock star?
What about ManUr£ stars of past and present who send their kids to City's academy? Not as delusional as you

A large number are. Maybe you missed the stat about almost 4000 consecutive games with a man utd acadamy player in our starting line up. (one game where we had none in the 11, but they were still on the bench and still got game time)

Weve had 15 already feature this seaaon. Do you know how many the next club has had? 7.

As I said, best you move along biscan as you clearly dont know what you are talking about though i suspect its more about a cheap wum.

There's not one part of a discussion about english football acadamies that united dont lead the way on. Not one. Playera produced, players in the top flight, international caps, winners medals, appearances the lot.

An acadamys job is to produce players. Where they play is effectively irrelevant to the discussion. Its a bonus pf course and as fans we love to see it (bullet, spurs chap, piskie you won't understand) because its a part of the game many clubs have lost (piskie, bullet, spurs chap you'll understand this bit).

You could call our acadamy tye dream factory. Football is a dream career and you've got a much higher chance of making it at uniteds than anywhere else.
