At no point was a discussion about th being world class or just decent players brought up. Nor have i made the claim. 1000s of players have come through and we cant alwaya have superstars. No acadamy can. However it comtinues to produce players good enough for even the top level sides in football regularly. Only a handful can say the same. Oh and those you say came through another teams ranks.... You should check the youth team history of those players. Each one played and trained at uniteds acadamy.

What's the point in producing players who aren't good enough for you? Whether your academy produces players that play for Championship, League 1 or other Prem teams means **** all. If they're not playing for you then they're no use are they (unless you've managed to sell them for decent money which none of those listed really have).
