You want to protect Singaporean millionaires from themselves by stopping them betting on Man Utd with highly competitive internet firms? These are guys who have their money in investments all over the place (currencies, shares, government bonds) - yet it's only putting it on Man Utd which is immoral... In truth we're being blocked by the Singaporean Government not because we are screwing people, but because they genuinely want to screw people themselves and don't like competition - the Singapore Pools website will still be available once the law starts, and they are betting to 113% on Premier League matches, while we are betting to 104% (because we have to, in a very competitive marketplace) - what this means is at most we make about 4p in the pound but the Singapore Government will make about 13p in the pound profit once they kill off the competition. That is the business case - but the moral case is that a lot of people enjoy gambling, and a lot of people enjoy drinking, and a lot of people enjoy watching porn which involves women sitting on people's faces - and the vast majority of people enjoy these things without developing problems or addictions.
