This. Baines would be a brilliant signing. Proven at this level, was one of Everton's best players last season, consistent & probably on par(ish) with Enrique in terms of ability. 15m would do the trick IMO.

 

Needs to be a lot sooner than 2 weeks! - think we'll go insane otherwise.
