its f**ed up this like, if i end up with a ticket, i will get the train, love to see anybody take on 1500 radgy mackems after an all nighter, the police will protect the mags, they'll have too i mean this in the nicest sense, a charge on the convoy will result in hell on, no other way about it these are not your average everyday fans, these are the away following elite, through thick and thin, the most loyal. hope you know how to handle the kids from the scum poleeeeece
One might think you are trying to glorify hooliganism? I'm afraid you seem to have loyalty and barbaric behavior mixed up.
Here's an idea, there's a ew hundred troublemakers on each side, max. 51k in attendance. Surely we could 'police' the ****ers ourselves? We've all been at away games were some have been a bit boistrous and been 'calmed down' by our own.
Not at all, what i'm suggesting is that the 1500 travelling fans wont be looking for trouble, but a minority from your lot will be, that is all and that everyone of the 1500 will be able to handle themselves, i hope it goes smoothly i really do but without an escort i sadly fail to see it
This one is likely to end in tears. It only takes a few to kick it off and that's almost inevitable if there's a result other than a draw.
The use of the MH17 in my view is utterely disrepectful to them. Becasue of them, they expect people to behave themselves rather than look at what happened at the last few games at SJP? They just want an away fan ban and justifying it this game having minimal policing because of those two poor lads. ****ing terrible if its not just a theory mind.
It is a nice gesture, and there should be no trouble and it would be fantastic if rival supporters shook hands before the match, but after the match that is where the problem is. A 2-2 draw would satisfy me. Maybe if all Newcastle supporters where in the ground an hour before SAFC supporters got there that would be a good idea. Old Trafford has the best set up anywhere, I went to the f a cup semi there in 2004, and a shuttle train takes you right behind the stand, and not a Millwall supporter in sight, maybe that should be the future, the train stopping under/near the away stand.
Well i suggest it'll be the majority of your 1500 elite fans looking for trouble⦠and an unfortunate minority of Geordies getting caught up in it.
When i say elite i mean the fact you need 1,000,000 loyalty points to get a ticket, meaning they are the hardcore away supporters, as in go to every ground
Nice… flip-flopping WMS… I've contacted Neil Pacey, head of football coordinations within the police, about this. He's basically gave it the go ahead. He said it is easier for the police if we all meet at one point, such as the centurian, and everybody to walk up to the stadium together. This way we will have a heavy police presence with us on the way to the stadium. I mentioned the times we have talked about on here and he is more than happy for this to happen. I also asked if there would be an escort back to Central station after the match and he said that is one of the options they are looking at but nothing is confirmed yet and he will get back to me. So lads, 9:09 metro to Central station and straight into the Centurian Read more: http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/take-over-oneils-derby-day.1004493/page-11#ixzz3LiZlA3Gf Btw. Dogs know their own tricks best!
i have no idea what page you are on, i'm merely stating the bleeding obvious, i will put money on right now that the additional metros will be put on, as for your highlighted ****e, its the police's duty to protect the public. this fixture has too much history to go un-policed imho, especially when we win 0-3 as the norm
I agree, it is s**te⦠but I've only highlighted what you posted It's your lot⦠plotting to take over pubs and create havoc, while getting the police to cover their arse⦠So don't point the finger at our fans. That's the page i'm onâ¦
If bad **** does kick off and I sincerely hope it doesn't, I just hope that, if and when blame's finger is pointed, the fans aren't totally in the firing line. The powers that be have a duty of care to everyone in the vicinity, whether they're going to the game or not. I just hope this isn't some money-saving exercise, using the mags fans deaths in this instance, as a means to an end.
it wont go off this way blunham, mark my words, the authorities will/and will have to be involved, its just a dig a the fans outcry to the bubble
