I don't know why but I feel that we can get something from this game if we play a very nasty game, I mean get in there faces, get in at Costa, give him those niggling little kicks, push him, trip him, he's got a temper & it's only a matter of time before he gets sent off, perhaps Meyler can do one of his dives. I know it's not what we want to hear, but how many other teams do it to us & we bawl about it. It's a tactic that's not used by Hull City & we are desperate right now. This game is going to be under the spotlight anyway because all the tv companies are expecting 5,6 or 7. Mourinho will probably settle at 2, but if they get the chance for more he'll take it. We've got to do a lot to get anything from this game & getting in their faces is what the most important bit will be. I reckon Costa red card will be high on the list.
Despite the team selection I posted it in the op, I hope they do. Hernandez needs to start getting up to speed and the partnership between the two needs to blossom asap. Makes perfect sense to use 'free' game time to help progress things like this.
That does actually look like the best starting 11 we've got, maybe Brady for Meyler to cover Robbo at LB, JL to cover Elmo but yeah good team, would love to see them get in Chelski's face!

I think against chelsea and these other so called big teams, we need to get in their face and go for it!...throw them of their game! ...we are expecting to lose, so cant really see the point going all defensive!!
Same starting 11 as last week imo. In saying that it may pay to start Hernandez instead of Aluko. Keep him and Brady as impact subs just in case. No Courtois(inj) or Fabregas(suspended) so it looks better for us. Anything less than a 3-0 loss will be a good result. Get any points and Santa has arrived early. Ok, time to rock n roll. A drive to London now awaits.
