Thought a tasty tie like ours would make it on the box.

So it's Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday now for the FA CUp 3rd round - I f**ing hate the way TV runs (ruins?) the fixtures.

Sky I don;t mind - they keep their games to a weekend or Monday but stretching 4 days for a cup weekend is a joke. I prefer the way it used to be - FA cup on the first Saturday in January (as long as New Years Day isn't a Saturday) and that's that with one or 2 games on the Sunday for TV

Bri man Ha'way - we'd never get on there when such top ties like Everton v West Ham are on <doh>

Here you go.

FA Cup clash confirmed
Published: 12 December, 2014
by Sunderland AFC
Sunderland to host Leeds United on Sunday 4th January, at 1pm.
Sunderland will face Leeds United in the third round proper of the FA Cup on Sunday 04 January, at 1pm.
The Black Cats will meet the Championship club in the competition for the first time since Sunderland’s memorable giant-killing in the 1973 final.
Tickets for the clash will go on sale at 9am on Monday 15 December and are priced at just £15 for adults and £5 for under 16s and over 65s. Black Cats Bar tickets are £30.
Season card holders and Black Cats Bar members have until 5pm on Thursday 18 December to purchase their seat. Season card holders will not be issued with a match ticket but will simply have their card enabled for entry. After the priority period, any unsold season card seats will be made available for general sale* from 9am on Friday 19 December.
A loyalty point will be awarded to season card holders who purchase within the priority sale period.
Supporters are advised that due to competition rules regarding ticket allocations for visiting clubs, some season card holders located in the North West Upper and Premier Concourse areas may not be able to use their season card seat and will be offered an alternative location at point of sale.
Supporters enrolled on the ‘home cup scheme’ will have their season card automatically updated for this game and do not need to contact the ticket office.
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION
General sale tickets can only be purchased by Sunderland fans who have a ticket purchase history and are registered on the club’s database.

Should be a decent atmosphere, I'm sure they'll bring a lot of fans up. Part of me hopes it goes to a replay, Leeds would be a quality away day.
