I don't know mate, I'd have Evans at the back and Carrick at the base of a diamond. I just think that if we play Fellaini, he's been at his best further forward but there'll be no room for him there. Mata at the top of the diamond behind the front two. FWIW, it's great to have a bit of choice now ADM is back. Soon Blind and Shaw and Rafael too.
I would go with you Treble, but with no fixed position for Mata, Herrera and ADM. Let them interchange across the park.
Oh, I forgot Evans is now available. I'd definitely play him with rojo at cb then. I would definitely have a place for carrick though. If ADM is not fully fit he'd be on the bench. Otherwise it should be Fellaini but I have a feeling that LVG likes his physical presence in the midfield. So mata or Herrera will play not both.
Rafael and di maria are back. Shaw and blind are possible (bench at best). Smalling and jones are out regardless.
The most disappointing thing about this season is that if we'd got the summer right we'd be laughing right now. Everton, Spurs, Arsenal and yourselves have all been average to poor. Any of our sides would be third right now with a bit of form or a few mistakes! Would like to see a referee finally (if needed) deal with Fellaini in this match - he hasn't put his elbows down since he landed.
Typical deluded post from an RS fan If WE had all our summer targets and if we had not had so many injuries, we'd be at the top of the league with the chavs.
Even if you had the summer buys right Brenda would have messed it up. As a manager he is so obviously second rate. I said so even last year but the Rat with this almost unique chemistry with your team and manager managed to drag every one to a different level. Brenda rode on his back and now his true worth is being laid bare. To be honest now you lot are finding that out and want to get rid. I wish you wouldn't for a while
If fellaini is still delivering in the midfield it would be interesting to find out who would be left out when blind returns.
