How about we stick Sktrel up top and put Sakho and Lovren (or Toure if he's fit) in defence? Sktel up top worked about as well as anything else did against Basel.
Don't forget his shot from distance that went just over the bar either. To be honest, given our limited options, there are probably worse ideas. He would at least give us some presence and a target man, and is more mobile than Lambert. That said, I really shouldn't be thinking whether Skrtel up to top is not our worst option!
Jimmy I totally understand where you are coming from but throwing out a line up with Markovic and Sterling up front is utter madness!! I don't want to sound condescending but this is football manager stuff in my eyes.
