Banter is not accusing someone of a criminal offence. Accusing someone of being a *****phile is a criminal offence that can lead to a prison sentence and/or a large fine.
I don't think its the joke that's riled you so much, NY. Its the fact that you left your flank wide open to a broadside which I effected immediately following your previous banter post. You thought you had me but you left yourself criminally exposed by including the "nursery" bit and I pounced on the opportunity that you handed to me on a plate.
