I remember you now...you're the guy who was going on about how fit and handsome Wenger is. You're a strange one for sure!
Wenger is very fit for his age, and yes he is a handsome man, are you calling Wenger ugly? He certainly isn't ugly.
The guy is jealous. I didn't think they could get any worse than SAF, then they got the Butcher in...
There are 20 teams in the Premier League, and midtable is exactly half way between 1st and 20th. You can use your fingers to count if it helps
I agree. Have a word with the Angry Gooner. He whipped himself into a furious frenzy insisting mid table was 7th. Then again, he's not the brightest!
Liverpool draw with Basel and go out of the champions league. Can't imagine that's the return to the competition they had hoped for. It might give them an easier time in the league from now on though. Let's hope this doesn't benefit them in the league!
They have the Europa League. This Liverpool side is also a very different team from last year, Europe or no Europe, they're not replicating what they did last term.
But they have Coutinho? Liverpool fans were going on about him being better or overtaking Ozil last season.
Losing Suarez was always going to leave a massive hole, but losing Sturridge and Sterling (although he played tonight ?) has decimated your attack.
Sterling played and was the standout player tonight, but he's only 20 years old and I think some of our fans forget that sometimes. Hopefully if Sturridge is back in January then we'll start to see some sort of improvement. I fear for Rodgers if we're this **** all season.
Personally, I don't rate Rodgers. He had a couple of good seasons at Swansea, but to be honest Suarez carried you for the last two seasons. Now he's gone, Rodgers has been shown as being distinctly average. Given the massive transfer kitty he was handed in the summer, he's basically pissed it up the wall. For a club of Liverpool's size and stature you should be looking at managers like Ancelotti, Klopp, Simeone. But given where Liverpool are currently I'm not sure a top manager like those would want to take on the challenge.
