Id rather moan about whats wrong than walk through sh't , some prefer the crap walk no matter whats happened behind the scenes though ... bless them
You're missing the point. I post our comparative results against the corresponding fixtures last season. It's not scientific but it's a rough comparison. As always Bob moans. I ask him for stats against comparative teams. He says it's too much work. I tell him to stop f*****g moaning. He has a tantrum. Morale of the story. If you can't do better don't f*****g moan.
The actual morale of the story is dont say anything bad about the present managet but fill your boots on the last manager and anyone , player or fan , that supported him.
It was a general statement Whitey , your not that important .When I see the disrespect shown on here for guys like Laudrup , Michu , Chico and Poz, guys that put our club in good name with there loyalty and good play , it makes me wonder some that SUPPORTthe club
Think ill join bob ,l'll get my fill of whats happening with the Swans through reading , for those that this is meant for , go fu€K yourselfs ..cheers
A magnificent game of football at The Liberty today, not sure how we lost that one but I think we put on a great show to a world audience. Anyway, despite another defeat we are still 5 points better off than the corresponding fixtures last season Man Utd 1-2 Swansea (+3) Swansea 1-0 Burnley (Same) * Swansea 3-0 West Brom (+3) Chelsea 4-2 Swansea (Same) Swansea 0-1 Southampton (Same) Sunderland 0-0 Swansea (-2) Swansea 2-2 Newcastle (-2) Stoke 2-1 Swansea (-1) Swansea 2-0 Leicester (Same)** Everton 0-0 Swansea (+1) Swansea 2 Arsenal 1 (+3) Man City 2 Swansea 1 (Same) Swansea 1 Crystal Palace 1 (Same) Swansea 2 QPR 0 (Same)*** West Ham 3 Swansea 1 (Same) Swansea 1 Spurs 2 (Same) *Replaced Fulham ** Replaced Norwich *** Replaced Cardiff
We lost it due to imo poor substitutions , ignoring the glaringly obvious one why take off Bony other than the their 1st goal he was probably our best defender from corners (again) and if Monk feels that Gomis needs game time (which he does if he's going to be our Striker in January) then why give him 5 fugging minutes ,what player gets used to the pace of the game let alone warmed up to be off any use in 5 minutes , yes he scored the winner against Arsenal but you don't get lucky like that a second time, if you want him to make an impact then give him at least 20 minutes .Leon unless he was knackered should have stayed on a taken Routledge off for Dyer where there was space out on the flanks to exploit and a fresh pair of legs running at an already shaky defence .Rangel although showing his legs are slowing him down I felt had a decent game and why alter the defence if it wasn't needed .Disappointed in a game where we should have had at the least a draw and even that would have been a travesty considering the effort the team put in to get back into the game then dominate for so long
The one thing I did notice about Spurs was that they were very good at closing us down - with Harry Kane leading the way. That's something we don't do very well, because it's not in Bony's armoury to chase down defenders, but as long as he's scoring goals that's not going to change. It's a bit of a conundrum!
Didn't really enjoy today's game, felt we were not at the races first half, conceding a very poor goal within 5 minutes of kick off? And even when we went to 1-1 I warned my lads sitting at the side of me, that "this was not going to be a game we will win", so much ball second half and little threat in the opposition box? I just new Spurs would finally make us pay for it!............. Monks subs are back to crap again, why take one of your best players off? Bloody criminal taking Leon off, Ki should have gone in my view.
I thought it was obvious why he took Leon off as he hasn't played much in the past 6 months. Ki was very poor first half. Played better second half though. Jonjo did okay going forward but off the ball he was all over the place. Didn't impress me tracking back either.
I don't you can single out one player in the first half ,I felt collectively we looked sluggish and incapable of matching Spurs energy .They closed us down quickly and high up in our own half ,certainly in the 1st half something which we couldn't cope with and it took us a long time to get a foothold in the game .
