    As much as i would like to see us go on a cup run for a change, i dont want us picking up our annual "Player out for the season " injury and losing a valuable member of the team when we need all hands to the pumps to stay in the division, so really dont care who we lose to in January, so long as all players come through unscathed.
    Cup runs can come thick and fast once and if we get established in the Prem.

    I think we could comfortably get knocked out by Gateshead, as unfortunately Vauxhall Motors are already out.

    Yes, we're just discussing which non-league team might inflict the biggest humiliation on us. Fortunately, Burton and MK Dons are already out...

    We might get a chance to see 'He who must not be named on this board' in The Hoops again!

    I'm actually for a cup run. Helps to build confidence though the converse is also true as we know ALL TOO WELL!!!!

    I'd love a cup run but we all know Harry won't be interested. On that score I'd rather get ManUre away and take our medicine, a swift, brutal exit rather than get a lower league team and be humiliated yet again...

    If we fielded 11 injured players and told them to do nothing then we'd come out without any new injuries and we'd be no more humiliated than usual.
