    Someone told me that the vileness who instigated the lies in the scum is to start writing a column in the above rag. Is this the case, and if so, are there any moves afoot for a protest? I don't read it anyway - both s**t.

    I get all the news I want either online or on the TV.

    This. If I ever buy a paper I buy the Independent, but I only do that when I have to travel somewhere.

    I try to stay clear of the rags but there are times where you just can't resist but then it sinks in that
    all rags are S***E and i don't believe a word that's in them

    Get the Independent myself. Though sometimes their writers have egos bigger than the stories.
