Nice but don't have any Roquefort so I'll just knock up a simple pepper sauce.

    Chorizo & chickpea soup

This is the finest soup you will ever taste.

200g of chorizo (morrisons stuff is very nice)

3 x tins of chopped tomatoes

    3 x veggie stock cubes

about four or five savoy cabbage leaves

2 x tins of chick peas (i used washed baked beans today - still all good)

2 x good size pinches of chilli flakes

    1 x jar of jalapenos

    method

chop the chorizo into 0.5 cm slices and fry off in a big soup pan.

blitz 2 tins of tomatoes with a hand blender and leave the other just chopped.

hoy in the chilli flakes to fry with the chorizo for a minute.

add all three tins of tomatoes and add 2.5 tins of water.

add the stock cubes, jalapenos and chick peas

chop the cabbage into 1cm x 4cm strips and hoy them in.

bring it all to the boil and boil the **** out of it for 10 mins.

    ****in delicious

I'm on my third bowl now <steam>
