In 4 days I cannot believe how they can be so inept, but that is SAFC. Big money needs spending in January but not Poyet I am afraid, one match wonders this lot. Signing Bridcutt was bad enough but Buckley is a comedian at the back, all the good work undone typical Sunderland, the worst strike force in my 37 years of watching this club, Whickham could not score from 2 yards !, this club has not moved on in the slightest yet look at Man c and Chelsea, frigging laughing stock us.

It's ok to be negative about the club you support when you think you see things to be negative about but you do seem to only ever be negative about Sunderland and it makes you very easy to just ignore/ridicule.

You played the two teams who are clearly the two standout teams in the league. You got a draw against Chelsea (equalling the best result anyone has got against them this season and given they almost won in their previous 2 draws you came closer than anyone this season to actually beating them as you had them on the rack in the end). Against City you took the lead but then lost it, nothing to be ashamed of there.

I just don't get you monty, I really don't. Obviously entitled to your opinion but if things do improve I just suspect you'll disappear from the boards.

Got to say our lack of vocal support must have played a part tonight..On Saturday our fans were up for it despite not scoring, tonight we couldn't get going despite scoring first..

I noticed that too, when watching on the box. No sense of atmosphere and I could only hear the city fans singing.....looked a bit nippy like.

Monty987 strikes again. I said to my brother when we were coming away from the match "I bet he posts again tonight - haven't seen him for ages" and lo and behold he posts negative ****e.

Monty - you said you weren't going to go to the matches so do us all a favour - forget your login for Not606 - Sunderland do not need your negative drivel and we blatantly don't want it. Even the mags label you as someone they can;t take seriously.

That City team dispatched Bayern Munich, then dealt with Southampton as if they were some league two outfit. Off the back of those two wins, they'll hammer any team in this league at the minute, not just you lot.

Let's be honest, a 1-0 win again was always optimistic rather than realistic, you won't be the last team they slap silly this season.

Your next defeat should come against Manchester City at the Etihad, between now and then you have 5 league games you should be picking up at least a point in. If you score low after those 5 games then maybe your rant will be justified.

Possibly average a point a game. But for clubs in the bottom half its a bug big ask to go that long undefeated.

Obviously yeah, you'd rather win two and lose three than draw them all but looking ahead at the fixtures, there's none in there that you'd think "I expect to lose this one".

Liverpool awway, West Ham at home, Mags away, Hull at home, Villa away.

Not the easiest set of games. 6 points I reckon.

I'm sure that's nothing at all to do with those clubs being bought by a Russian Oligarch and Arab oil magnates...

Give your head a shake man.
