And the the banks charge you an interest that makes them how many thousands of pounds profit over the lifetime of the loan. I don't know how all you feckers involved in the scam sleep at night.

I have to say Elland how on earth is this fair to the normal couple who are buyimg their home for the first time before I would say the average price was say £260000 now they will have to pay 5%which is 13k against 7.8k before this is so unfair how many sale s are under 125k
It seems to me they are totally deluded but got forbid we get that numptie of numpties Ed balls up balls

    First time sellers

    Selling for £165,000

    Buying at £200,000

Estate agency fees 1.25% of £165,000 =£2500 inc of VAT

    Mortgage set up £350

    Solicitors £1700

    Stamp duty £4000

    Moving van £400

    Deposit at lets say 10% = £20000

£2500 for half a dozen poor snaps posted onto the right move site... Even Dick Turpin wore a f**ing mask.....

According to the calculator on the mirror website stamp duty on £200,000 has gone down from £2000 to £1500

Tick Turpin's vehicle has more horse power than mine!!!

    Based on the new structure.

At 2%, if a property sells at £200,000, that amounts to £4000

Young chippy is mortgage free, and moving in the next 18 months. Thinking Collingham or Scarcroft, ignoring Bardsey as the neighbourhood has gone down the pan in the last ten years. The congreaves is just like a glorified council estate these days.

It's you. House prices are lower in Barsey and East Keswick cos the roads are lethal and clogged up by old duffers.
