    So you reckon last seasons Liverpool side were on par with Cantona's United.<laugh>

    tbf Suarez had to influence their inferior players far more to finish 2nd the Eric had to with United.<ok>

    Bottom line is Gerrard nowhere good enough to be the top prem player. He might just squeeze into the top 100, but would never make the top 20, never mind top spot

    I read fergies autobiography, he said he thought gerrard lampard and scholes were the 3 best midfielders to ever play in the premier league. i agree with him but a lot of you probably haven't read it

    The rat lifted cretins and masked mediocrity: manager, and Stevie me. The typical big fish in a small pond syndrome. The Rat is nowhere as good in a big team now is he?

    However the RS fans want to rewrite history, Stevie me has never been a top ten great and will never be. I can see at least 5 United players above him never mind the others like Henry Zola bergkamp...
